Mohammed Halabjay was arrested on Sunday, December 24, in Halabja, on a
complaint by the Director General of Health of Halabja. He was arrested for
writing a comment on a post on the page of the Halabja Health Directorate that
talked about the service of the infected of chemical weapons in Halabja.
According to the
investigations of the Journalists' House, Mohammed Halabjay was arrested under
No. 3 law of the prohibition and misuse
of communication devices.
